Through trial production and repeated listening tests on the spot, we found that in the narrow listening environment in the car, the tweeter unit with hard material diaphragm has achieved good segmentation distortion coefficient, but its "rigid" and "bright" timbre is easy to cause hearing fatigue to the listener. However, for the tweeter unit with soft diaphragm, its timbre performance is higher than that of the tweeter unit with hard diaphragm, which is not easy to make the listener feel tired. However, due to the poor rigidity of the diaphragm, the segmentation distortion is large, which leads to the reduction of the definition of high frequencies in the speaker system. Obviously, this is the result of one gain and one loss. Can we take a balance point between the two? With this question mark and bold assumption of the target direction, after years of hard research, we finally trial produced a treble diaphragm with both appropriate rigidity and good damping (flexibility) characteristics, which better solved the hearing resistance and clarity.
