So how can we install a qualified car stereo? This problem can be said to be relatively complex, and it is a matter of different opinions. As far as the basic measurement standards are concerned, there are still some. In my opinion, there should be the following basic standards: first, line process standards, second, decoration process standards, third, speaker installation standards, and fourth, sound listening standards.

1、 Line process standard
1. Safety. All wires must be flame retardant. The signal wire connecting the host and the power amplifier should preferably be a fully shielded signal wire. The loudspeaker connecting wire shall have a sectional area of 1mm 2 Above. The power cord of the power amplifier shall be thick enough to ensure the smooth and safe passage of large current and to ensure a small voltage drop when large current occurs. When the power line passes through the iron sheet, double insulation treatment shall be carried out. The part of the power line next to the engine shall be covered with flame retardant casing, which is good looking and safe. In addition, all electrical appliances shall be equipped with power safety devices to ensure the safe use of the entire automobile circuit.
2. Anti interference. The audio cable used for the loudspeaker shall be far away from the car horn cable and the main power cord. If it is unavoidable to be close to the above lines, it shall not be in the same direction as the above lines, but shall be perpendicular to them. In particular, the direction of signal lines should pay more attention to anti-interference wiring. The wiring between the host and the disc case, and between the host and the power amplifier should be more strict.
3. The connection points of various lines shall be firmly connected, preferably by welding, which can minimize power loss and signal loss. The power cord shall be connected with the connector with a lug of more than 30A. The connecting end of power line, loudspeaker sound line and power amplifier shall be brushed with tin or connected with wire nose.
4. Since most of the automotive power supplies are designed with a single 12V negative grounding power supply, the power supply of the automotive audio part and each branch must have a separate insurance design. Otherwise, once the power supply is short circuited, the consequences will be unimaginable.

2、 Decoration process standard
Generally, the standard of decoration technology is to keep all the original appearance of the original car, and the added decorative parts should be consistent with the style of the original car. For example, the door trim panel leather should be in harmony with the color in the car, as is the case in other places. It is worth mentioning that the decoration of American style car stereos will be another result. His music style is that the sense of volume of high and low tones is stronger, that is, heavy metals and low tones are stronger, and the color of music is richer, which determines the diversity of its decoration style. Bold use of color and strong contrast of color difference become the characteristics of its decoration style. However, the degree of detail of its decoration is very high.



3、 Speaker installation standard
The roughness and delicacy of the decoration and the coordination of the use of colors are directly visible to the human eye, and it is easier for users and installation stores to coordinate. The installation of speakers is not easy for users to grasp. The speaker installation plan mentioned here is to increase the working hours and materials accordingly, and the installation plan is different for each installation shop, but there is no doubt that the cost will be increased, which is probably a big reflection of the different installation prices and installation levels of each installation shop.
1. When the sound pressure of the horn on the dashboard is high, it is better to have no resonance that can be felt by hands on the dashboard.
2. The horn on the side door shall be installed with a sealing damping pad and some measures shall be taken to reduce the vibration.
3. Horn shall be installed on the trunk plate, and it is better to add density plate to reduce its resonance.
4. For subwoofer, because the diameter of its speakers is more than 200mm, that is, more than 8 inches, the density plate used to make the box should be more than 15mm thick, and the box should be equipped with appropriate damping and sound-absorbing materials, such as sound-absorbing cotton, sponge, foam plastic, etc. For special-shaped subwoofers made for various models, it is better to check whether the box has a relatively large vibration when the volume is high. If the vibration is large, it is recommended that you do not choose this beautiful box.



There are several methods for comparison and discrimination:
1. After the car starts, press the car horn to see if there is interference with the following audio speakers. If there is interference, please adjust it by the installation shop.
2. Increase the accelerator and check whether the engine and generator interfere with the audio speaker. If there is any interference, please adjust it by the installation shop.
3. Check whether the loudspeaker is firmly installed when it is pressed loudly (that is, when the volume is high).
4. For the inspection of the installation phase of the loudspeaker, a professional sound test disc or a special phase tester can be used. For the inexperienced people, it is not easy to judge the general music CD disc. Professional people can be invited to help.

The above four points are conducted under the condition that the horn sounds separately, so that various problems can be fully exposed for better adjustment.
